Returns & Exchanges

At ASTA RESORT, we want you to feel confident in your luxury purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered with.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
